Rubbish Removal Curl Curl 2096

Curl Curl is where our run ends, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. It is a beach-street suburb of freestanding houses, not the walk-up flats of Manly proper, so the job here is the garage and the driveway: the surfboards nobody rides any more, the wetsuits gone stiff, the beach clutter that quietly takes over the carport. We clear it for a fixed price, agreed while the pile is still sitting in the carport. North of the lagoon, we will point you to someone closer.

The ground we walk

A suburb you clear by the garage, not the stairwell

Cross over from Freshwater and the housing changes shape. Curl Curl is mostly freestanding homes on beach streets that run down toward the sand: weathered fibro, painted brick and render, the odd rebuild, and behind almost every one of them a garage or a carport doing the job a Manly balcony does. That is where the clear-out lives here.

And in a suburb built around a surf beach, a fair bit of what fills that garage came off the sand. Old boards that split years ago, a rack of wetsuits gone hard, beach chairs with a broken leg, the kayak that seemed like a good idea. It stacks up alongside the ordinary garage archaeology: the paint tins, the flat-pack that never got built, the second fridge that finally gave out in the salt air.

None of it is hard to move once you have somewhere to put it. Most Curl Curl homes have a driveway you can back a van up to, so the carry is short and the parking chess that dominates a Manly morning simply never starts. It is a straightforward suburb to work, which is exactly why we are honest about where working it stops.

Where the run stops

You are right at the top of our run

Most rubbish-removal sites will happily claim your whole postcode and half the ones around it. We do the opposite, because a crew that promises everywhere spends its whole day driving Pittwater Road rather than working in your driveway. So here is the straight version of where we go.

Curl Curl proper, south of the lagoon, is on the run. The Curl Curl Lagoon and Greendale Creek are the natural line: they are what separate Curl Curl from North Curl Curl, and they are near enough our northern edge. From there it is all downhill home for us, back through Freshwater, Queenscliff and the rest of the southern peninsula.

North of that line, up through North Curl Curl and on to Dee Why, you are genuinely better off with a crew based up that way. We would rather tell you now than take the booking and turn up last on a stretched day. If you are not sure which side of the lagoon you are on, put your street in the enquiry and we will give you a straight answer.

The honest edge, both sides of it

On the run, we come

  • Curl Curl (2096), south of the lagoon
  • Freshwater and Queenscliff, straight next door
  • Down through Manly and the rest of the southern peninsula

Just north, we point you on

  • North Curl Curl (2099), the far side of the creek
  • Dee Why and everything further up the beaches

The lagoon and creek boundary is the local geography, not a line we drew. If your street straddles it, just ask.

How a Curl Curl pickup runs

Short carry, small van, no drama

Because most of the work here starts in a garage rather than three floors up, a Curl Curl job is usually the easy kind. We back the van up the driveway where we can, stage the load where it is not in your way, and work through it steadily. Boards and long awkward things get strapped and walked out rather than dragged across the render.

We still run a small van instead of a truck. The beach streets narrow toward the sand, and around the beachfront the parking runs a limit like the rest of the peninsula, so a van that tucks in tidily beats a truck that blocks half the street. If your place is up a steep drive or the garage is packed tight to the roller door, tell us on the enquiry and we will bring the right gear for it.

Curl Curl, as we work it

  • Mostly freestanding beach-street houses, so the clear-out is the garage and the driveway, not a stairwell
  • A surf-beach suburb, so old boards, wetsuits and beach gear are half of what we carry out
  • Short driveway carries and somewhere to stand a van, so no Manly-style parking war
  • The lagoon and creek mark our northern edge, so North Curl Curl and up are better served by a closer crew

Curl Curl by observation, not statistics. Boundary drawn on the local geography, honestly.

Fair questions

Curl Curl questions, straight answers

Do you actually come out to Curl Curl, or is it too far?

We come. Curl Curl is the northern end of our run, not outside it, and being close to the edge just means we plan the day to finish up your way rather than start there. Book it the same as anyone on the run: we look at the load and settle a fixed price before we lift.

I am in North Curl Curl, up past the lagoon. Can you still do me?

Honestly, no, and we would rather say so. North Curl Curl sits the far side of the lagoon and creek, and once you are up that way a crew based nearer Dee Why will get to you faster and cheaper than we can. Send the enquiry anyway if you like and we will point you toward someone closer, no runaround.

It is a garage full of old boards, wetsuits and beach junk. Will you take that lot?

Gladly, that is a very Curl Curl booking. Surfboards, wetsuits, beach chairs, the dead kayak, the boxes and the second fridge all go in the one pickup. The only things we cannot load are paint, gas bottles and chemicals, and if any of those turn up we say so and name the right licensed drop-off rather than sneaking them on the van.

The fridge in the garage carked it in the salt air. Do you handle that?

Yes. Salt-air appliance deaths are common this close to the beach. We carry the fridge, washer or telly out with the doors strapped and take it to a licensed facility, since white goods and e-waste are not allowed to go to general waste. It is folded into the one fixed price, no tip-fee surprise afterward.

How quickly can you make it disappear?

Same-day where the run allows. Being at the top of the run, some days we reach Curl Curl in the afternoon rather than the morning, and if that is how your day looks we say so when we ring back. We would rather give you the honest afternoon than a fantasy morning.

Where else do you go from here?

All south, which is home for us: Freshwater right next door, then Queenscliff, Manly and the rest of the peninsula. The full run is on the areas page.

Tell us what needs to go

Fill in the form and the callback comes from the crew, not a call centre. We look at the load, the whole number is settled before the first lift, stairs and all. Then it is carried down, swept up and gone, never left on the kerb.

  • Small jobs taken seriously, one couch is plenty
  • Fixed price agreed up front, no hourly surprises
  • Same-day where we can, booked around your building

We reply to every enquiry, usually the same day. No obligation, no price until we have seen the load, then it is fixed.
