Privacy Policy
The short version: we keep the details a quote and a pickup actually need, we sell them to nobody, and nothing sneaky happens with them. The detail is below.
What we collect
What lands with us is what you typed into the enquiry form: usually a name, a phone number, a suburb, the kind of job, whatever you put in the message box, and a photo if you attach one. If you email us later, we hold that correspondence too. Our web server also records ordinary technical information such as the country a visit comes from and which pages are viewed; this is aggregate traffic measurement, not tracking of you as a person, and we do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping the spam out
Our anti-spam is one invisible decoy field on the form, a bit like a buzzer button that is not wired to anything. A person filling in the form never touches it; a bot presses everything, gives itself away, and its message goes straight in the bin, which feels appropriate. No puzzle to solve, no third-party bot-checker, nothing watching how you move your mouse.
Why we collect it
To do the job you asked about: ringing you back, working out access and timing, giving you a fixed price, and carrying out the pickup. Photos you send are used only to understand the load. We may keep enquiry records so we can honour what was agreed and answer questions about past jobs.
Who sees it
Only the people who need it to get your job done. Your enquiry may be passed to the local crew who will actually attend the pickup, so they can ring you and price it. We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to marketers. If the law requires disclosure, we comply with the law.
Where it lives
Enquiries are transmitted securely and stored with reputable infrastructure providers. We keep them only as long as they are useful for the purposes above, then they are deleted in the ordinary course.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and unless something legal prevents it, we will. The fastest way is a note through the enquiry form asking us to get in touch about privacy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
