Rubbish Removal Manly
Most of what leaves a Manly flat leaves by hand, down the stairs. That is the job we built the crew around: the dead couch on the third floor, the fridge the salt air finished off, the balcony that quietly became a storage unit. One fixed price, settled before a single thing is lifted, and never, ever the kerb.
One couch is plenty

Built for the small job everyone else sighs at
Small loads & single items
The sagging couch, the retired mattress, the flat-pack casualty, the one awkward thing you cannot get down yourself. No load minimums and no attitude about it: a single item is a proper job here, priced fixed before we touch it, stairs included. This is the work we lead with.
Small loads, taken seriously →Flat resets
Share-house split, end of a furnished let, or a whole small flat to empty. Done on the building's terms, common areas left clean.
The whole flat →Balcony & cage reclaims
The balcony doing life as a storage unit, the cage you cannot close, the garage you cannot park in. Space back, by the load.
Get the space back →Appliances & e-waste
The dead fridge, the washer, the TV and the e-waste drawer. Carried down however many flights, then off to a licensed facility, not landfill by default.
The dead fridge →Green waste
Prunings, hedge trims and garden bags from the Balgowlah Heights and Seaforth house streets, steep driveways included.
The garden load →Estate & downsizing clearances
Estate work through the Fairlight and Manly East heritage strip: whole homes handled quietly at the family's pace, with what matters set aside.
Handled with care →Something that does not fit a box above? We still take the ordinary jobs. Ask us on the form, worst case we point you to the right specialist.
The price is the price. You hear it before we lift.
-
1. Tell us what is going
Send the form with the pile, the suburb and the stairs situation. We ring you back and sort a time that suits your building.
-
2. One fixed price, agreed up front
We look at the load and the carry, then give you the whole number: lifting, stairs, tip fees, all of it. There is no meter ticking while we take the flights.
-
3. Carried, swept, gone
Down the stairs, into the van, common areas left the way we found them or better. Sorted for recycling where we can, regulated streams to a licensed facility. Never the kerb.
The council pickup is good. There are two of them a year.
Northern Beaches Council gives each household two free bulky-goods collections every 12 months, pre-booked and subject to availability. In most unit blocks that booking belongs to the strata or body corporate, not to you, so the queue moves at the building's pace, not yours.
When the timing works, use it, genuinely. When the couch has to be gone before Saturday's inspection, that is us: booked around you, carried down, never left on the nature strip hoping.
Not sure what your job even is?
Two minutes on the stairs check tells you what the load looks like to us: how many hands, how many trips, and whether that third-floor corner is a problem (it is not).
It gives a plain answer, not a price. The price is fixed in person, before we lift.
The southern peninsula run
Manly to Freshwater, Seaforth to the Spit. We stay tight to the southern end of the peninsula so we can say yes quickly and mean it.

Clearing a family home is different work
For estates and downsizing we slow everything down: sentimental things set aside, nothing rushed to the van, the house left respectably. If you are facing that, we will make it one less thing.
How we handle estate clearancesTell us what needs to go
Fill in the form and the callback comes from the crew, not a call centre. We look at the load, the whole number is settled before the first lift, stairs and all. Then it is carried down, swept up and gone, never left on the kerb.
- Small jobs taken seriously, one couch is plenty
- Fixed price agreed up front, no hourly surprises
- Same-day where we can, booked around your building
