Most of what leaves a Manly flat leaves by hand, down the stairs. That is the job we built the crew around: the dead couch on the third floor, the fridge the salt air finished off, the balcony that quietly became a storage unit. How the price works

The price is the price. You hear it before we lift.

  1. 1. Tell us what is going

    Send the form with the pile, the suburb and the stairs situation. We ring you back and sort a time that suits your building.

  2. 2. One fixed price, agreed up front

    We look at the load and the carry, then give you the whole number: lifting, stairs, tip fees, all of it. There is no meter ticking while we take the flights.

  3. 3. Carried, swept, gone

    Down the stairs, into the van, common areas left the way we found them or better. Sorted for recycling where we can, regulated streams to a licensed facility. Never the kerb.

The honest comparison

The council pickup is good. There are two of them a year.

Northern Beaches Council gives each household two free bulky-goods collections every 12 months, pre-booked and subject to availability. In most unit blocks that booking belongs to the strata or body corporate, not to you, so the queue moves at the building's pace, not yours.

When the timing works, use it, genuinely. When the couch has to be gone before Saturday's inspection, that is us: booked around you, carried down, never left on the nature strip hoping.

For estates and downsizing we slow everything down: sentimental things set aside, nothing rushed to the van, the house left respectably. If you are facing that, we will make it one less thing.
